Owners must have their boilers inspected each year during the annual inspection cycle that runs between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31. Owners must pay for these inspections. Owners may be fined from $50 to $275 per day if they fail to correct a violation of the boiler room inspector access law within the time established on the notice of violation.
